This is an opportunity to have a consultation in which we will cover and discuss your current health and fitness, any routines you currently have, what you are currently doing in terms of your health and fitness routine, and nutrition information you partake in, anything that is a deterrent in your goals, etc. We cover all things health and fitness, not just the physical training element.
THIS IS NOT A TRAINING PROGRAMME BUT RATHER WHAT COMES BEFORE A TRAINING PROGRAMME. It has been used with previous clients in which, this on its own has helped clients to change the health and fitness for the foreseeable future.
Typically takes about 60-90 minutes but there is no rushing or imitations on what we discuss in the session. (if you are London based, I also offer a Body Fat % test using skinfold callipers (one of the most accurate and cost-effective measurements) for an additional £30 to cover my travel costs. Please note if you would like this too)
